Square enix owns the rights to the image. It was a concept for 'Front Mission:Evolved'. So I really can't give permission to use it. You'd have to contact them,

Though that said, if your using it for something which is non-profit I doubt you would show up on anyone's radar.

Nice and bleak, the way a deserted ruin should be. The rays of sunshine beaming around the wrecked towers add just a little bit of hope to the scene. Well done.
